2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fewzon. If you are using Fewzon on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

3. Fewzon accounts

To access most features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Business use of the platform

Fewzon provides tools for businesses to create booking pages, manage services, set availability, and organize appointments. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for how you use the platform in connection with your business.

5. Appointment booking functionality

Fewzon enables businesses to offer appointment booking to their customers. We provide the scheduling infrastructure, but we do not provide the underlying services being booked. All booking times, service descriptions, and availability are set by the business using Fewzon.

6. Business responsibility for services and appointments

Businesses using Fewzon are solely responsible for fulfilling appointments, delivering services, communicating with customers, and resolving disputes. Fewzon is not a party to any agreement between a business and its customers.

7. Customer information

When you use Fewzon to collect customer information, you are responsible for handling that information in compliance with applicable laws, including privacy and data protection laws. You should only collect the information you need and protect it appropriately.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use Fewzon only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or interfere with the operation of the platform.

9. Prohibited activities

You may not use Fewzon to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Upload or distribute harmful, offensive, fraudulent, or infringing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Fewzon systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform, servers, or networks.
• Use the platform to send spam, phishing messages, or unwanted communications.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from Fewzon.

10. Third-party services and integrations

Fewzon may integrate with third-party services, including hosting providers, email services, analytics tools, and authentication providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

11. Google authentication

Fewzon may allow you to sign in using your Google account. When you do so, you authorize Google to share certain account information with us, such as your name and email address, in accordance with Google's privacy practices. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual property

Fewzon and its content, features, and branding are owned by Fewzon and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written permission.

13. User and business content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create using Fewzon. By using the platform, you grant us the limited right to host, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

14. Service availability and modifications

We aim to keep Fewzon available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the entire service at any time, with or without notice.

15. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if continued access would create legal or operational risk. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

16. Disclaimers

Fewzon is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fewzon and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fewzon and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of Fewzon after changes means you accept the updated terms.
